The two buildings will be internally connected to the addition and existing floors utilizing vertical circulation components like elevator & stairs. The building will offer office spaces spanning an area of 8,132 square feet.

The subject property is a two-story warehouse with exterior clad in metal siding. The adjacent property is a three-story structure constructed with a concrete superstructure and exterior stucco facade.
